Neal

Precious little Neal has been adopted into the sweetest family.  Jerry, Jenny, Tad, and Jocelyn are constantly being entertained with binkies.  Neal is loving all of the room to run around.  Congratulations!!

**Neal was named in tribute to Neal Pitak, may he rest in peace.

Little Neal was born on September 2, 2019.  He is an absolute sweetheart of a bunny.  For a teenager, his litter box habits are quite good.  He is still growing into his ears.  So far his favorite things include eating and getting pets — pretty typical bunny behavior.

This bunny in HRS foster care needed a permanent home.  All HRS rabbits are spayed/neutered, litterbox-trained, and socialized.

Andy

Andy is a mini-lop who is nearly ten years old.  He came to our foster home in 2018 when his owner needed to move into assisted living.  Andy was not neutered and we had to have that done when he was eight years old.  Once healed from his neuter surgery, we bonded him to sanctuary bunny Jessica, another mini-lop of the same age.  The pair lived together in harmony for only two short months before Jessica passed away in 2019.  Andy is incontinent eighty-percent of the time and uses his litter box only occasionally.  Andy lives on fleece padding to keep his fur dry and clean.  We believe he has some arthritis in his back legs but other than that, he is a relatively happy and healthy bun.  We have decided that it is best if he lives out his days in our sanctuary program.

Kate

Kate came to us in 2017 as a stray.  She was overweight and was having issues keeping her back-end clean.  After Kate got down to a healthy weight, her hygiene issues continued and we noticed a number of digestive problems.  That same year, Kate had surgery to repair a physical defect around her vent area.  Today, Katie is a sweet and shy bunny who loves free time away from her pen for exploring.  She’s very healthy but must stay on a restricted diet that consists mainly of high quality hay, limited greens, and absolutely no sugar.  Because of her age and on-going heath issues, we are moving Kate from the adoptables into our sanctuary program.

Kate is a charming Harlequin mix with beautiful gray stripes in her white fur.  She is social and likes to run around and explore.

Franklin

Franklin, like his brother Moose, has found a home that already has a self-assured bunny running the roost.  His new lady friend, Galetea, and her parents, Madeliane & James, are tinkled pink with him.

Franklin is a man who can’t sit still but when he does, he’s a master of flops.  He is a trusting bun despite living outside for an unknown length of time.  Frankie was found with Mooselini, but like many brothers, they do not get along.
